Description
Superbly located self catered ski in/out chalet very close to pistes. Only a short scoot to the end of the cul de sac and then you are skiing downhill towards the lifts. Check the map at the bottom to see how close it is to the lower Chavannes piste! Comprising three bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, hot tub and sauna.
Facility Description
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with door out to a wide decking area with a hot tub and picnik table.
The second bedroom has twin beds with built-in wardrobes and window looking down the valley. The third bedroom has bunk beds and built in wardrobe.
The focal point of the living area is the fantastic log fireplace. Two sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed) and several comfy chairs is ideal for relaxing in front of the fire or TV. The TV is equipped with satellite (tuned into UK freeview channels) and regular French TV. Adjoining the living area is the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a large oak table with 6 chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hobs, kettle, toaster and full cutlery and crockery set. Large fridge with decent freezer compartment. Off the upstairs living area is a south-facing balcony with chairs and table.
Location Description
The chalet is located near the (summer!) swimming lake and only a few minutes from the piste. In the summer it takes no more than 10 minutes to walk to the village. The shuttle train circles the village and operates summer and winter dropping off passengers a minute away from the chalet.
In winter during normal snow conditions the chalet is ski in ski out. Ski down to the lift after scooting to the end of the cul de sac, and ski back to the chalet via the main piste or via a blue run called Le Bluet.
