Ski Soleil has a variety of self catering apartments in the resorts of Montchavin - Les Coches (la Plagne) that we rent out directly. This gives us flexibility with arrival and departure days as well as being able to make swift decisions for short breaks.

Each one of our apartments has been recently renovated and comes with equipment such as dishwashers, TV/DVD players, music centres, duvets......

This lovely two bedroomed apartment is virtually ski in ski ou. You have about a 50m walk to get to the piste.

The accommodation comprises:

Level 1: entrance hall with storage cupboard, bedroom with bunk beds and space for a travel cot or temporary bed. There is a shower room and separate wc. Open plan living space with well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob/oven). The sofa coneverts into a large double bed. Door leading to a balcony.

Level 2: Enclosed but very spacious mezzanine with double bed and plenty of space to add an extra bed or travel cot. En suite bathroom with wc.

The apartment is situated about 250m from the village centre. It is a 5 minute walk down into the village or a short ride on the free shuttle bus that stops outside.

For those that bring their car there is ample free parking outside the apartment building.

Montchavin (1250m) is a charming village at the meeting point of the La Plagne and Les Arcs ski areas.

In many ways it provides it all; peaceful village life, a bit of nightlife, excellent restaurants, traditional buildings and super efficient skiing facilities.

All of our guests have been taken with the rustic charm of Montchavin.
This is still a farming community with chickens and geese and farming smells!!

There are some delightful old buildings and more modern additions have been built in sympathetic style. The cobbled high street provides a variety of ski shops, a supermarket, a couple of bars and good selection of restaurants, a lovely patisserie, and even a cinema.

Twinned to Les Coches, which has quick and easy access both on skis and by foot, where you will find a further selction of shops, bars and restaurants but also an open air ice rink.
