Chalet Kudu

A modern and tastefully finished chalet in the resort of La Tzoumaz, with direct connection to Verbier, hot tub, sauna and seperate boot room.

Completed in 2009, the chalet is built on four split levels and comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. There are 3 double rooms on the lower levels (all with en-suite bathrooms). Above them is the open lounge/dining area, and located above this are the other two bedrooms which share a bathroom. These rooms have been designed with families in mind, and one bedroom contains two sets of full sized bunk beds, ideal for up to 4 children.
The lay-out of the chalet enables either the children (or tired adults!) to have their own separate area to watch TV, play games or read. There is a large dining area with a stone-chimney log fire, dining table with ample seating and an open-plan lounge with floor to ceiling windows offering stunning, panoramic views across the valley. The kitchen is integrated within the lounge and dining area.
Each bedroom (except the children’s room) has its own walkout balcony, overlooking spectacular views of the valley.
There is a separate TV room, with satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD’s (including DVD’s for kids) and wireless internet connection.
A hot tub, sauna and boot room with boot warmers provide the perfect finishing touches for a great stay.

The resort is situated on the left side of the Rhone at an altitude of 1500m, about halfway between Martigny and Sion. The main lift station is at 1500m, and takes you directly to the top of the resort (Savoleyres), which is 2354m. From there you can ski La Tzoumaz or Verbier.
