Description
Chalet TinTin is a beautiful 19-century farmhouse located right on the pistes in the resort of Sainte Foy. The chalet commands stunning, uninterrupted views over the Tarentaise valley from the panoramic windows in the top-floor lounge/dining area. The White Room team offer a full catered service, inlcuding wine & beer. We also include ski days at the other resorts in the valley.
Facility Description
The chalet has 4 comfortable bedrooms - 2 double rooms with en-suite shower, wash-basin and WC, plus 2 rooms which can be set-up as either doubles or twins. In addition, there is a mezzanine sleeping area and 2 bunks on the ground-floor. There is a large bathroom, equipped with a huge bath + shower-over, wash-basin and WC, plus a separate WC.
The lounge/dining area is on the top floor, with panoramic windows on 2 sides. It is equipped with leather sofas, TV (with UK FreeSat), DVD player, PS2 (with SingStar & Guitar Hero!) and board games.
Location Description
Sainte Foy is a hidden-gem of a resort, known for it's stunning off-piste skiing & snowboarding, but also for perfectly groomed, quiet pistes and a total absence of lift queues. The resort therefore works very well for intrepid backcountry enthusiasts, for families or for anyone fed-up of the crowds at bigger-name areas.
Chalet TinTin is located just above the resort centre, with easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes. Ski school is barely 150m away, and can be accessed by a gentle ski or a short walk.
