A two bedroom chalet within a small complex of twelve chalets. Offering comfortable and very practical accommodation within one of the largest ski areas in France.

The Chalet comprises:

Downstairs:
Entrance Hall (approx 4ft x 10ft)
With storage area for skis and boots, coat hooks and Snow Shovel!
Lounge Area (Approx 10ft x 10ft)
With Sofa(bed), Chairs, TV, DVD, CD and Games.
Dining Area (Approx 10ft x 10ft)
With Dining Table and four chairs (additional fold up chairs in cupboard).
Kitchen Area (Approx 5ft x 6ft)
Small oven, double hob, fridge, dishwasher.
Toilet & Bathroom

Upstairs

Bedroom1 (16ft x 8ft)
Double Bed, Clothes Storage, Travel Cot(with additional comfy mattress).
Bedroom 2 (16ft x 8ft)
Twin Beds, Clothes Storage.
Landing Area & Small Toilet
Note: The upstairs rooms are within the eaves of the roof and therefore have restricted headroom.

Additional Info
The chalet is newly furnished throughout. Heating is provided by electric wall heaters. Hot water is supplied by an Immersion Heater. The stairs / Steps are wooden and relatively steep, care must be taken with children and when tipsy!

Les Carroz is one of the five ski stations which make up the aptly named Grand Massif ski area boasting 265km of piste. This includes Flaine, Samoens and Morrilon.

If you are a skier that usually visits the purpose built resorts of the alps you will find the atmosphere and ambiance a little different, not to mention a lot easier to get to.

Although more and more Brits seem to find it each year, largely due to its proximity to Geneva Airport and the influx of discount airlines, we have yet to see any dancing on tables in ski boots - party animals beware!
