Recently built, Chalet Chimère offers the luxury of modern living in a traditional style. The terrace, balcony, hot tub and garden offer stunning views of Mont-Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, the Glacier des Bossons and Brévent.

The chalet has been designed to extract the most from the stunning views. The double height lounge and dining room are ideally positioned to capture the views through large windows and French doors lead onto a large deck.

The ground floor leads from the drive with a drying room for boots, skis and jackets and a laundry room. A staircase leads to the first floor with an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a further WC.

The open staircase then leads to the second floor with a double bedroom, a a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC. Both bedrooms have a balcony with fantastic views of Brévent and Plan Praz.

The chalet sits on the private, tree lined Chemin des Lupins, to the south west of the town centre in Les Favrands. Place Balmat, the very centre of Chamonix, is a pleasant (and genuine) 15 minute walk. The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes’ walk.
