Chalet Cuisine
Food plays a large part in your ski holiday, from a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day ahead to recounting a few “tall stories” over dinner with a glass of wine. While staying with us we make sure your food experience is exceptional.
Everyday you can expect a continental style breakfast, with fresh French bread, a selection of cereals and jams, porridge and eggs, tea, coffee and fruit juice. While on two days we will cook up a full English breakfast.
Afternoon tea will be waiting to revive you on your return from the slopes every day. Including fresh homemade cake or biscuits, fresh French bread and jams.
Every evening, except on our staff day off, you will be served a freshly prepared, wholesome 3-course meal accompanied by complementary bottled red and white wine. The meal is then rounded off with tea or coffee.
We can also provide an earlier children’s meal if you would prefer. This is normally a simplified version of the adult meal on most days with a few treats for the kids as well.
A selection of teas, coffees, and squash are always available as well as a fresh fruit bowl.
Let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements and these will happily be catered for. In the past we have happily catered for vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy free, and nut allergies. Please just let us know before you arrive.
Location Description
The chalet is in a very central location in the village and only a 5 min walk to the slopes although the free bus does stop very nearby. The nearest highly recommended restaurant is only a 20m walk from the boot room entrance, with the local bars and shops being a 50m walk.
