Description
Chalet Marmottes is a large, luxury, ski in/out chalet, built in the Savoy style, using generous amounts of wood and natural stone, and with stylish interior design. With a liveable floor area of 165 m2, the chalet is extremely spacious, and sleeps up to 16 people, in 7 bedrooms.
Facility Description
You can ski from the chalet, 300m on an easy run to reach the Tortollet lift, giving access to the whole of the 3 Valleys, and ski back to very close to the chalet. It is a few hundred metres from the chalet village on foot to the Telepreyerand pedestrian lift taking passengers to the La Croisette centre of Les Menuires. The lift runs from 8:00 to 23:00.
The chalet has tiled and parquet floors with ample closet space. The chalet is heated with electric radiators which may be programmed individually, and is equipped with excellent insulation, including double glazing. Two large boilers guarantee sufficient hot water. The chalet also has its own covered parking space in the garage building and a ski locker in the chalet.

This roomy chalet has three floors. The entrance hall with the living room and kitchen are on the ground floor, along with one bedroom and bathroom. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper and lower floors
Location Description
Chalet Marmottes is in the 'Hameau des Marmottes' area with supermarket, several restaurants, a ski pass sales office, a ski shop and the Yeti bar, all in the immediate environs of the village. The local bakery can deliver fresh bread and croissants each morning, on request - no need to go out in the snow to collect breakfast.
Situated at the heart of the massive 3 Valleys, Les Menuires offers an excellent base for exploration of this fantastic domain.
