NEW FOR WINTER 2009 - 2010 VILLA AUGUSTINE HINTERGLEMM AUSTRIA:
This new ski home is built in the grounds of CHALET AUGUSTINE and has been a great success with its facilities and location. This is our sixth winter season and with our new Villa Augustine ready for winter 2009 2010 we hope to welcome many more guests to this rare choice of accommodation so close to the lifts and Hinterglemm village centre.
Villa Augustine is a great 6 bedroom self catered mountain home, located in Hinterglemm Village and with this type of accommodation rarely found so close to the piste and chairlift – only 100m. On top of this, guests were able to ski back to the chalet nearly all of last winter
This holiday home is ideal for 12 friends or family to stay in the centre of Hinterglemm and next to the Reiterkogel gondola lift. With its six bedrooms all with private facilities the perfect place to stay.
The price of this chalet is calculated for groups of 12 guests sharing on a self catering basis and for 7 nights stay. The price includes all bedding and towels and the final clean.
Transfer advice from Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be given and all the airports within a two or three hour transfer.
Facility Description
This new six bedroom holiday home has been designed for the mountain sport enthusiasts as a group of friends or with a family.
The top floor has two large double rooms with panoramic windows over looking the Hinterglemm village and the south and west facing mountain range of the Glemmtal valley. Both bedrooms have their own modern toilets and showers. The bedrooms have real oak flooring and doors to help create two spectacular bedrooms with all beautiful bedding and towels included this is a perfect place to stay.
On the first floor four bedrooms can be found. The front bedroom has a lovely sun balconey over looking the garden and terrace and the mountain range opposite.
The next bedroom has two "Juliette" balconies south and west facing to enjoy the morning and evening sunshine and amazing views of the mountains.
The next two bedrooms are ideal for a family as there is a seperate room attached for children with bunk beds.
All the bedrooms have their own private facilities. The rooms all have floor to ceiling windows to see the mountains at their best and with their real oak flooring and doors gives the villa a feeling of luxury.
The large ground floor the heart of the ski villa. Its has a large open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and dining table. This open plan living and dining area has high ceilings and large French doors that open up onto a south-facing terrace kitted out with deckchairs – a perfect sun trap.
A wood burning stove can be found in the living area with sofas and LCD TV and DVD player for your use. The villa is kitted out with all the modern amenities; LCD Flat screen TV, DVD player and DVDs and games.
For those who cannot quite bring themselves to leave the office to its own devices and bring their laptops instead we do have unlimited WIFI broad band internet access (please bring your own laptops).
In the entrance hall there you will find the boot room with heated boot rack to dry your boots over night and ski and snow board storage.
From the entrance hall there is a sauna for your use. An ideal way to relax after a days skiing and before dinner. In the sauna area there is a shower.
The whole of the ground floor is tiled and with under floor heating making it really warm and cosy.

Location Description
Villa Augustine is in an ideal location. With ski in and out possible 100 meters from the Reiterkogel gondola system. This is one of five main lifts that can be taken from Hinterglemm centre.
The villa is only a five minute walk from the village centre with its apre bars, restuarants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets.
Ski and snowboard hire and ski schools are also in the near and we can help you with your choice when booking your accommodation.
