Description
Based in the village of Les Coches in La Plagne, Chalet Epicea offers the perfect base for a ski or snowboard holiday in the Paradiski area of the French alps.
The chalet is a traditional Savoyarde building, but recently renovated, and furnished in contemporary fashion. We offer the complete chalet experience, from your cooked breakfast in the morning, to home cooked afternoon cakes, to a gourmet four course dinner with unlimited wine.
Then relax on one of our many sofas in front of the huge log fire, enjoying a simple chat with friends, or perhaps watching the high definition 42" TV with Sky Sports and Movies, or maybe playing on the X-Box 360, or listening to some music.
And we also offer complete peace-of-mind for those worrying about snow, as we offer a unique snow guarantee. In the unlikely event of us not having snow, we'll simply take you to somewhere that does - for free!!
Facility Description
Everything you'd expect of a modern chalet, and more. Huge log fire, comfy sofas, honesty bar, four course dinners with unlimited wine, large flat screen TV with Sky in high definition, an X-box, a DVD player, stereo and ipod connections, Wi-fi, the list goes on! Everything you need to have fun - after all, you're on holiday!
Location Description
Les Coches sits in the heart of the Paradski, the 425kms of marked runs made up of the two resorts of La Plagne and Les Arcs. Les Coches sits at the La Plagne end of the Vanoise Express, the cable car that links the two resorts, so we really are perfectly situated to explore this massive ski area.
As for the chalet itself, it is located at the edge of the village, but only 500m from the slopes - and it's possible for the more intrepid intermediate to ski to the back door of the chalet after a hard day on the slopes.
We also operate a 7-seat 4WD so will happily pick up weary skiers who have found themselves in a bar in the village and can't face the short walk home with all their gear!
