Description
Le Courtil is a spacious chalet set in its own sunny gardens just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix.
It sleeps from six up to sixteen in five bedrooms plus a self contained garden house. There are also folding beds if further accomodation is required.
The gardens are large, quiet and private giving beautiful extensive views of the mountains and allowing plenty of room for children to play. There is also parking for several cars and a secure garage for a car or storage of sports equipment.
Facility Description
The chalet has accommodation over three levels.
Ground Floor
-Garage/work shop which is ideal for storage and maintenance of bikes and skis.
-Utility/drying room with washing machine boot drier, and second fridge freezer.
-Bedroom One with double bed and two single beds in the form of bunk beds plus shower and wash basin.
-Toilet.
-Living/TV room with three sofas (two of which are leather) with TV and sound surround stereo/home cinema. This opens via full width pation doors onto the garden.
First Floor
-Bedroom Two with twin or double bed.
-Bathroom/toilet.
-Kitchen
-Dining/second living room with log fire and leather sofa plus access onto a large South facing balcony.
-Office Area with phone and wifi.
Second Floor
-Bedroom Three with four single beds.
-Bedroom Four with twin or double bed.
-Bedroom Five with double and single bed.
-Separate Shower Room.
-Separate Toilet.
In the gardens is a mazot (garden house) which sleeps two in a double bed with en suite shower and toilet.
Location Description
The chalet is located at the end of a quiet private road in a quiet residential area.
Chamonix town centre is accessed by footpath in 2 minutes. The chalet is also 10 minutes walk from some of the local ski areas, the Brevant, Le Savoie and Aiguille De Midi.
The other ski areas in the Chamonix can be accessed by car or by the free railway or ski bus which stop about five min walk from the chalet.
Chamonix itself is just an hour from Geneva airport. We can organise private airport transfers.
