Location Description

Drake's Drum is right on the edge of the 15th century village of Grimentz.
Part of the Val'd annivier group of 5 stunning ski resorts all covered by one pass. Skiing in grimentz is snow sure due its high altitude coupled with east and north east facing slopes insuring good snow cover and excellent off -piste. The ski area of grimentz has friendly kinder garden and nursery slopes at the sunny mid station leading up to nearly 3000mtrs with good blues , reds and blacks taking you right back into the village.
Grimentz is 2hrs form geneva, head east along the beautiful Rhone Valley
to Sierre, follow the sign for the Val'd annivier, and then towards Grimentz.The route from Sierre up the valley is a stunning drive which is kept open and cleared of snow all year. Sierre is serviced by trains for both passengers and cars from Geneva, Milan, Zurich, Berne, Basle. Poste bus direct into the centre of Grimentz or taxi servces outside the station or
