Description

This delightful Chalet in the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville is just 50 metres from the nearest ski lift. It is the perfect base to ski or snowboard in the renowned Three Valleys

Dating from 1881, Chalet Alice Velut has been sensitively converted into 5 luxury self-catered apartments. Retaining much of the original timber and stone. Local artisans have created stone fireplaces, beautifully carved doors and hand made kitchens which are featured in all the apartments. Every apartment has french doors off the lounge onto external balconies. All the apartments are decorated to the highest standard and are furnished with antique pine.

Facility Description

Violette and Iris (65m2)

Violette and Iris are equally as luxurious, each with one double bedroom and one twin bedded room with a further double bed-settee in the lounge. As with the penthouse, the kitchens are fitted out to the highest standard with a four ringed hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Naturally all the apartments have all modern conveniences such as TV and HiFi systems. Included in the price is bed linen, towels, electricity and logs for your fire.

Location Description

st martin de belleville

St Martin is a pretty Savoie village nestling around a 16th century church. The local shops are all in the centre of the village and are close to the apartments. The village boasts some excellent restaurants including those serving traditional mountain cuisine, a pizzeria and a 1* Michelin restaurant close by. There are a number of apres ski night spots in the village for those who want to party the night away, including our own Piano Bar, ‘Pourquoi Pas’, situated in a beautiful vaulted cellar and has lively entertainment.

les trois vallees
Les trois vallees claims, with justification, to be the largest ski area in the world. So vast is les trois vallees domaine that the entire skiing area of Val d'Isere/Tigne, La Plagne, Les Arcs plus Valmorel would fit into it. 190 major lifts, 600km of marked pistes - most of the lower ones have the back up of 1500 snow cannons. For the more advanced skiers there are a number of itinerary runs and excellent off-piste skiing.

It just goes on and on - and all this is accessed from the deceptively central St Martin de Belleville. Small wonder that once people have tried les trois vallees they come back year after year.
