Description
Chalet des Cimes was built as a traditional Savoyard farmhouse in 1857 and has been completely renovated to give the best of modern living whilst retaining the character of the original building. Five En-suite bedrooms, under-floor heating, a spacious living and dining room and a luxurious hot tub, all contribute to give you a comfortable and memorable holiday. And it is just minutes from some of the biggest, best and highest ski resorts in the world; Sainte Foy, Tignes, Val d'Isere, Les Arcs and La Rosiere with it’s link into Italy, giving you a huge choice of skiing.
We are a privately run chalet with a flexible bookings policy (any number of days from 3 or more – arrive any day, leave any day, except New Year and Half Term).
We love skiing and we delight in taking our guests out to show them the best runs, the ways around the crowds, and the best eating places. Our guests say they get much more out of their ski days when they are with us than when they ski by themselves.
Facility Description
Chalet des Cimes 5 bedrooms are all en-suite with shower, toilet and handbasin. Each room can be configured with twin beds or a double bed and you will sleep under duck down duvets (allergies catered for).
The living room is on the top floor under the original larch roof beams and with stunning views over the valley and up to the highest mountain peak in the valley. There is a cosy sitting area on settees around a log fire, and a separate TV and games sitting area.
The dining area has a table that adjusts to suit the size of the group and the evening meal, a 4 course dinner is prepared by a professional chef.
We have an outdoor hot tub for that steamy bath under the stars after a day's skiing.
Location Description
Chalet des Cimes is in a traditional mountain hamlet just under the wonderful resort of Sainte Foy. Being right in the heart of the Tarentaise valley we have easy access to a truly enormous and varied choice of skiing. In the chalet courtesy minibus Tignes and Val d'Isere are just 15 minutes drive, Les Arcs is 12, La Rosiere is 25 and our own Sainte Foy is just 2 minutes.
