Chalet De Launey

Chalet de Launey in Meribel town centre. This fantastically large quality catered chalet is furnished to a high traditional standard and situated in a private cul-du–sac very close to Meribel town centre. All seven bedrooms, have en-suite baths. Six twins and one double room are superbly furnished with full sized beds and over sized feather quilts, each bedroom has a balcony with spectacular views across the Meribel valley. The comfortable open plan lounge has been built in the Savoyard stone tradition with vaulted ceilings a log fire and picture doors leading to a large sun terrace. This quality catered chalet is a welcome haven after a day on the slopes with its outdoor Jacuzzi hot-tub and sauna. There is a seperate TV room, ideal for children. Upstairs in one of the twin en-suite bedrooms is an extra bed and a separate cabin room able to accommodate a large group comfortably of up to 16 adults and/or children. The chalet is popular due to its Meribel town centre location, being less than a 10 minute stroll to the shops and bars. The main lift area is slightly beyond the town centre, so to make life easier an Alpine Action minibus will take you the short ride to the slopes at the beginning and end of the day, however there is a free resort bus from the main lift area that stops close to the chalet, should you need to return during the day
