Description
Chalet La Lune is a unique wood chalet, designed by a local architect and recently completed. It is spacious and airy with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. It is open plan across multiple levels with an open fire and luxurious accomodation.
Facility Description
The chalet is let on a self catering basis. It sleeps up to ten people in four bedrooms, two doubles, one twin and one bunkbed room which sleeps four. All the bedrooms are ensuite.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
There are two televisions as well as satellite, hifi and wifi.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price.
Wood for the fire is also provided.
Location Description
Chalet La Lune is set in the heart of the pretty alpine village of Essert-Romand which is 3km from the town of Morzine in the extensive Portes du Soleil ski area. This is the largest internationally linked ski area in the world with 206 lifts and 650km of pistes.
The village of Essert-Romand is quiet and idyllic. There is a traditional Savoyard restaurant and bar a few minutes walk from the chalet and the town of Morzine has extensive shops, bars and restaurants.
The chalet is 5 minutes drive from a large supermarket at St Jean d'Aulps.
